Our booking conditions:
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, instead the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply to our house AGBH 2006
Free cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge until 3 months prior to your arrival before date of arrival.
The free cancellation option is valid for both parties - guest and host

bookings / reservations:
In the event of cancellations by the guest between 90 days before the agreed date of arrival and the date of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
No-show or early departure: 100% of the total price
Cancellation and trip interruption insurance:
Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
